Help & answers
Everything about how SEO Blog Autopilot works. Can’t find it? Send a message below and you’ll get an answer by email right away.
How it publishes to your WordPress site
- Create an Application Password. In WordPress, open Users → Profile, scroll to Application Passwords, type “SEO Blog Autopilot” and click Add New Application Password.
- Connect your site. Paste the password and your WordPress username into your dashboard. We test it right away and check that the user can publish posts.
- Describe your business. Add your services, area, tone and the facts you can stand behind. The writer uses only these plus its own sourced research.
- Choose how publishing works. Approve each article by email with one click, or let us publish automatically, never more than one a day.
- We publish and report. Each approved article is posted to your blog with its schema, announced to search engines, and included in your Sunday report.
Webflow, Shopify and any other site (through a signed webhook) work the same way with their own connection details.
What exactly does SEO Blog Autopilot do each week?
It reads what your site already covers (and your Google Search Console, if connected), picks a question your customers search that you have not answered yet, researches it with real sources, writes an article in your voice, runs it through 10 automatic checks and an editor pass, then publishes it to your website or emails it to you for a one-click OK. Every Sunday you get a plain-English report.
Will Google penalize my site for AI-written articles?
Google does not penalize content for being AI-assisted; it penalizes pages made mainly to rank, at scale, with little value (its “scaled content abuse” policy). That is why we cap every site at 8 articles a month and one a day, require at least 3 independent sources, refuse duplicate topics, and hold back anything thin. No tool can promise rankings, and we don't.
How do I connect WordPress?
In WordPress go to Users → Profile, scroll to Application Passwords, type “SEO Blog Autopilot”, click Add, and paste the password into your dashboard with your username. No plugin needed. You can revoke it any time from the same screen. Your site must use HTTPS.
Do you work with Webflow, Shopify or other platforms?
Yes: WordPress, Webflow (CMS API token), Shopify (blog articles) and any other site through a signed webhook your developer can receive. Wix and Squarespace do not offer a publishing API we can use yet.
Can I read articles before they go live?
Yes, and it is the default. Each article arrives by email with its quality checks and an “Approve and publish” button. If you trust it, switch the site to automatic publishing in one click. Articles you skip don’t count toward your month.
How does it write in my voice without making things up?
You describe your business, services, area and tone once, and add facts you can stand behind (years in business, warranties, prices you publish). The writer may only use those facts plus what the research found. Anything else — invented stats, fake reviews, “#1 in town” — is caught by our checks and removed.
Why do you ask for Google Search Console access?
So we can choose topics you are close to ranking for and tell you honestly what changed each week. Access is read-only: you add our service email as a “Restricted” user, and you can remove it any time. Without it, everything still works; the report just can’t show Google visitors.
What is the AI-assistant check in the report?
Each week we ask AI assistants a couple of questions a customer of yours might ask and record whether they mention or link to your website. It is a simple, honest signal of whether AI assistants are starting to treat you as a source.
How do I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing, no call or email needed. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we automatically refund every cent. After that, your plan simply stops at the end of the month you paid for. Everything we published stays on your site.
What do the plans include?
Starter $49/month: 1 website, up to 4 articles a month; Growth $99/month: 2 websites, up to 10 articles a month; Pro $199/month: 5 websites, up to 25 articles a month. Every plan includes the weekly report, Search Console tracking and the AI-assistant check. No credits, no setup fee.
Who owns the articles?
You do. They are published on your website under your name, and they stay there if you cancel.
How soon will I see results?
Weeks 1–2: we fix the technical basics and publish your first articles. Days 15–30: Google indexes them and you start appearing in results, usually far down. Days 31–60: appearances grow and some searches reach the top 20. Days 61–90: the first specific questions reach page one and the first visitors arrive. Most articles settle at 3 to 6 months. Your weekly report tracks the numbers that move first (articles indexed, appearances, searches in the top 100, 20 and 10, AI mentions), so you can see progress before traffic. We don’t guarantee rankings; anyone who does is guessing.
Can I pause, switch plans or pay yearly?
Yes, all from Dashboard → Billing. Pause for one to three months: no charges, no new articles, and everything published keeps working. Switch plans any time (Stripe prorates it). Yearly billing costs ten months’ price for twelve, with the same monthly article limits.
